CP 1 - Booking cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will carry 10% retention charge of the total booking amount.

CP 2 - Booking cancelled within 7-3 days of arrival date will attract 25% retention charge.

CP 3 - Booking cancelled within 3-2 days of arrival date will attract 50% retention charge.

CP 4 - Booking cancelled less than 48 hrs of arrival date will carry 100% retention charge.

CP 5 - No show will carry 100% retention charge.

Terms and Conditions:
- Booking is non-transferable.
- The bookings can be canceled on the orders or requirements of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board and on such cancellation full refund will be granted.
- Chhattisgarh Tourism Board reserves the right to cancel the advance booking in exceptional cases and unavoidable circumstances.
- Reservation will stand cancelled if the tourist fails to avail of the accommodation within 12 hours of his scheduled time of arrival in the unit. Reservation will however be continued if the tourist is able to inform the manager of the unit about his late arrival. Late arrival will not exempt the tourist from paying the full tariff.
-The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, Raipur is not responsible for the supply of power to the unit. Provision of Eco-friendly solar power generation system has been made for power back-up at the property. Neither Chhattisgarh tourism board nor its employees are responsible for the charging of the backup unit due to the climatic conditions (sunlight or high speed winds).

Note:-

"Guests are to kindly note that this property is run only with Alternate/Solar Power. Due to restriction in usage of diesel generators in forest areas,it may be insufficient to power these equipment. Incase of occupancy of only a few rooms at the property,the manager reserves the right to provide Air Cooler as replacement for Air Conditioner".No refund or concession is payable in such cases".
