1. CP 1: Cancellation made 7 or more days prior to arrival – 10% retention charge on total booking amount.
2. CP 2: Cancellation made between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival – 25% retention charge.
3. CP 3: Cancellation made between 3 and 2 days prior to arrival – 50% retention charge.
4. CP 4: Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival – 100% retention charge.
5. CP 5: No-show – 100% retention charge.

Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings are non-transferable.
2. Cancellations required by the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board will be fully refunded.
3. The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board reserves the right to cancel advance bookings in exceptional or unavoidable circumstances.
4. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if the guest does not check in within 12 hours of the scheduled arrival time, unless the unit manager is informed in advance. Late arrival does not exempt the guest from full tariff payment.
5. The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, Raipur is not responsible for power supply at the property. An eco-friendly solar backup system is provided, but performance may vary based on weather conditions.
6. Neither the Board nor its employees are liable for backup power issues arising from lack of sunlight or adverse weather.
7. No pets allowed.

Note

Guests are kindly informed that some properties are operated exclusively on alternate/solar power. Due to restrictions on diesel generators in forest areas, this may be insufficient to power high-load equipment.

In case of low occupancy, the manager reserves the right to provide air coolers instead of air conditioners.

No refund or concession will be applicable in such cases.
